Cancellation policy
We understand that schedules may change and unforeseen circumstances can arise.
To cancel or modify a reservation, please email bevelgardner@bevelgardner.com.
If you cancel more than 14 working days before the start of the class, your deposit and any paid tuition are fully refundable or transferable to another class within one (1) year of the cancellation. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the class, half of your tuition is non-refundable but can be applied to a future course within one (1) year. Refunds and transfers are processed within 10 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. To transfer your payment to another course, contact our Training Coordinator, Craig Gravel, at rcgravel@bevelgardner.com to arrange your new class date. There is no cash value after one (1) year if tuition, as stated above, is not used.
Exceptions
Full refunds are available in certain situations, including subpoenaed court requirements and documented medical emergencies or illnesses. Other exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Bevel, Gardner & Associates management. If you are canceling less than fourteen (14) days before class starts and believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please submit a written request at the time of cancellation that explains your circumstances and includes any supporting documentation (such as a doctor’s note or a court summons) to bevelgardner@bevelgardner.com. Our team will review your request and respond within five business days.
=====================================================================
We understand that unexpected scheduling issues can occur and appreciate the effort students make to attend our courses. Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, BGA must implement this cancellation policy. Please know that these measures are in place to help us continue providing high-quality training and support all our students as much as possible.
Instructor contracts depend on the number of registered students. Last-minute cancellations might prevent us from adjusting instructor commitments, which could lead to higher costs for future classes. We remain dedicated to keeping our costs as low as possible.
